Inspired by the sacred lineage of Shadow Yoga, Shelle began teaching after working closely with its founders, Sundernath Remete and Emma Balnaves, and her local teacher, Catherine Halcomb-Black. She discovered Shadow Yoga in 2012 after teaching Hatha Yoga since 2010 and felt inspired to share its transformative impact.
Born and raised on California’s Central Coast, she graduated from Cal Poly with a degree in international business before dedicating her energy and expertise to yoga. Her teaching blends tradition with care, empowering students to cultivate a practice that feels balanced and deeply rewarding.
