Grounded in the Hatha Yoga lineage, it begins with breath-led, foundational forms that awaken energy, build strength, and deepen awareness. Where modern yoga often moves quickly or focuses on outer form, Shadow Yoga slows down to emphasize intention, focus, and a strong inner foundation.

  • It removes blockages, strengthens the body, and improves mental and emotional well-being by retraining movement and breath patterns.

  • Shadow Yoga is a school of hatha yoga informed by the Nath Sampradaya traditions.

  • Yes. The prelude forms are taught step by step. You will learn stances, footwork, and breath pacing before layering speed or complexity.
